• You may use this site to learn about our company and our products, and to contact us. You may not use it in any way that is unlawful, or that damages, disables or impairs the site or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on, or any connected system.
• We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted.

Our products

SafeRent and Afloat are separate applications, each with its own terms of service governing subscriptions, payments, acceptable use and the data handled inside the application. Nothing on this page replaces those terms. If you use either product, the terms published on its own site apply: saferentapp.in and afloat.in.

Enquiries you send us

When you submit the contact form or email us, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. We use what you send only to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of it. How we handle that information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us to enter into one. A contract arises only when we agree terms with you in writing.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — including text, design, graphics, logos and the PORT80 and product names — belongs to PORT80 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference or to tell someone about us. You may not reproduce our content commercially, or use our names and logos, without our written permission.

This site links to our product sites and occasionally to third-party sites. Links to sites we do not operate are provided for convenience only. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your data.
